GAP Insurance Claims

1.  Call your Car Insurance and start a claim.

2.  Contact Louisiana Dealer Services about starting a Gap Claim. You will need your Vin number and insurance claim number.

LDS will not pay any claims until the insurance has deemed the vehicle a total loss and decided on an amount to pay on the vehicle.

Rental Vehicles

Several of our locations offer Rental Services by the day. Including our Toyota and Nissan store below:

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge fleet currently includes Camry, Highlander, 4Runner, Sienna and Tacoma.
All Star Nissan fleet currently includes Sentra, Altima, Maxima, Rogue and Pathfinder.


Daily rental rates starting at $5.00 per Hour for Service Customers (minimum 2 hours)

$40 Per Day: Camry, Corolla and Yaris

$45 Per Day: Rav4

$55 Per Day: Tacoma, Sienna and Avalon

$60 Per Day: Highlander, Tundra and 4Runner

Our Toyota Rental (TRAC) fleet currently includes Avalon, Camry, Corolla, Yaris, Highlander, 4Runner, Rav4,  Sienna, Tacoma, and Tundra. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm availability.  Deposit required for Leisure rentals. Our rates do not include tax.


$35 Per Day while your vehicle is being serviced by us.

Flooded Vehicle?

If your vehicle has taken on water, do not start it up. Instead, contact your Car Insurance Company to file a claim. Take photos of your vehicle.  If your vehicle is able to be repaired, notified your insurance company that you want your vehicle to be repaired at one of our All Star dealerships as you have a choice when it comes to repairing your vehicle. Have the vehicle towed into any of our All Star Service Departments. We will need a claim number from the insurance company in order to start servicing your vehicle.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with stress, fear and anxiety about the uncertainty surrounding this public emergency, there is a special Keeping Calm Hotline you can call. This connects you to trained, compassionate counselors who can offer support and who can direct you to mental health and substance abuse counseling services.

o Households may be eligible for  temporary assistance, including housing, home repairs, transportation, personal property, moving/storage and disaster-related medical needs, among others, if uninsured or underinsured

o Visit a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) for comprehensive assistance

o Low interest loans for home repairs/replacement and personal property replacement

o Apply with FEMA first

o Remediation program designed to make the home safe and habitable for a cost not to exceed $15,000

o Services performed include muck out, cleaning and sanitizing, removal of wet walls and floors, and basic restoration of electrical, water and HVAC

Disaster Food Stamps (DSNAP) - 888-LAHELPU

o Help for households who do not currently receive SNAP benefits due to lost income following disaster

Legal Services

o Assistance with FEMA and other benefits, insurance, landlords, contractors, mortgage-foreclosure problems
