GAP Insurance Claims

1.  Call your Car Insurance and start a claim.

2.  Contact Louisiana Dealer Services about starting a Gap Claim. You will need your Vin number and insurance claim number.

LDS will not pay any claims until the insurance has deemed the vehicle a total loss and decided on an amount to pay on the vehicle.

Rental Vehicles

Several of our locations offer Rental Services by the day. Including our Toyota and Nissan store below:

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge fleet currently includes Camry, Highlander, 4Runner, Sienna and Tacoma.
All Star Nissan fleet currently includes Sentra, Altima, Maxima, Rogue and Pathfinder.


Daily rental rates starting at $5.00 per Hour for Service Customers (minimum 2 hours)

$40 Per Day: Corolla, CH-R, Prius and Yaris

$45 Per Day: Camry

50 Per Day: Rav4

$60 Per Day: Highlander Tacoma, Sienna and Avalon

$65 Per Day: HiTundra and 4Runner

Our Toyota Rental (TRAC) fleet currently includes Avalon, Camry, Corolla, Yaris, Highlander, 4Runner, Rav4,  Sienna, Tacoma, and Tundra. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm availability.  Deposit required for Leisure rentals. Our rates do not include tax.

Flooded Vehicle?

If your vehicle has taken on water, do not start it up. Instead, contact your Car Insurance Company to file a claim. Take photos of your vehicle.  If your vehicle is able to be repaired, notified your insurance company that you want your vehicle to be repaired at one of our All Star dealerships as you have a choice when it comes to repairing your vehicle. Have the vehicle towed into any of our All Star Service Departments. We will need a claim number from the insurance company in order to start servicing your vehicle.

o Help for households who do not currently receive SNAP benefits due to lost income following disaster

Please remember, if flash flooding becomes a problem due to heavy rainfall, never drive on flooded roadways. Check out the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s website www.511la.org for updated road closure information.

Finalize an emergency communications plan with your family and co-workers.

Check your emergency supplies. Remember to include any items needed to sustain each family member for at least 3 days. 

Supply kits should include:

  • A three to five- day supply of water (one gallon per person per day) and food that won't spoil
  • A supply of face coverings, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes due to COVID-19 concerns
  • One change of clothing and footwear per person, and one blanket or sleeping bag per person
  • A first aid kit that includes your family's prescription medications
  • Emergency tools including a battery-powered radio, flashlight and plenty of extra batteries
  • An extra set of car keys and a credit card, cash or traveler's checks
  • Sanitation supplies
  • Special items for infant, elderly or disabled family members
  • An extra pair of glasses
  • Important family documents in a portable, waterproof container
  • Mess kits, paper cups, plates and plastic utensils, paper towels
  • Paper and pencil
  • Books, games, puzzles or other activities for children
  • Infant formula and diapers
